Faulty/damaged items can be returned. It is important to check your order straight away upon receiving as we make use of the 48-hours policy.
If you would like to return an item, you need to notify us within 48 hours of receiving your order. Fill in the contact form on the contactpage and choose option ‘Return’, or send an email to email@example.com with the reason for returning and do not forget to include pictures of the damages.
We won’t refund for any returns reported after 48 hours.
Why? Because if you notify us within 48 hours, it ensures that you really received the faulty/damaged items (in that state) from us and you have the right to receive new/correct ones.
When we’ve accepted your return based on requirements met, we’ll send your return-label. Stick the return-label on the package and bring it to a Post NL point, it is as easy as that.
Once we have received your return you will be credited by the same method which you made your original payment. Refunds can take up to 5 working days.
